This 3D object is moulded in fimo making reference to Hokusai’s wood cut The great wave off Kanagawa. It predates Banksy’s use of Hokusai’s image for the same purpose
This is the first piece that was ever made in the Unit 13 Studio and was started with the hand moulding of ceramic fish.
